Three months or three thousand miles ago I went to Jiffy Lube to have my oil changed. There was another guy in the waiting area, also getting his oil change. Today I was again at Jiffy Lube having my oil changed, and the same guy was also there again! What a strange coincidence. Maybe I'll see him again in another three months or three thousand miles.
Jiffy Lube always trys to convince me to use more expensive oil, "specially formulated" for high-mileage cars like mine. The technician pointed out that my odometer indicates the car is coming close to 100,000 miles. I didn't have the heart to tell him that in fact this car passed that mark a while ago, and is actually getting close to 200,000 (for some reason my odometer only shows 5 digits- once it passes 100,000 it starts over from zero).
A part of me thinks it would be kind of neat to still have this car when it turns over to 200,000 miles. Only 10,000 more to go!

that's gross.
i use high milage oil... and i was just thinking... could amanda's car really have less miles on it than mine, but i'm glad to know that your odometer is broken
