Things are growing, but more slowly than I thought it would be. On the other hand, these pictures give testimony to our yard's ability to grow stuff:
The sad part is, early this spring all this craziness was under control. But it all grew back. I give up.

strains of "welcome to the jungle" were going through my head as I looked at these pics! I do not envy your job girl...yikes. But - I am rather impressed with your square foot garden.
