I'm reading this book called "Begging for Change: The Dollars and Sense of Making Nonprofits Responsive, Efficient, and Rewarding for All." In the beginning of the book the author is giving a history on the origins of philanthropy. He says, "The general concept of philanthropy dates as far back as the 'teach a man to fish' parable in the New Testament".
I had to laugh when I read this. I'm assuming he's talking about the phrase, "Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime".
It kind of makes me question his credibility as an author if he doesn't even have this right, even though he never claims to be a Christian.

Ha ha! I had a teacher in college, he was teaching my Mythology class, and he goes "the moral of this story is similar to that of Moses and the Ark"...I couldn't stop laughing (quietly to myself of course). Gues he was an expert on mythology and not truth, huh? :o)
I had a funny remark regarding a tattoo and a rear end but then I remembered that your parents read this and I love and respect Larry and Betty to much to lessen their regard for me. So I will have to SAY it to you when I visit in a few weeks.
