I Want to Leave the Country...

...fortunately for me, I am. In about 8 days, I'll be headed to Brazil with a group from my church. I'm not sure that I'm totally prepared (mentally, spiritually, pack-ing-ly) yet to go. For the past couple of weeks the frustration level at work has been kicked up a notch. I'll take some responsbility for it, as there are things I find myself doing or not doing that can contribution to the frustration. But sometimes the source of frustration lies outside my control. That's when I want to scream and/or eat chocolate ice cream. I usually end up screaming on the inside and eating the ice cream as well. This weekend I'm doing nothing work-related, and am spending the time getting myself ready for the trip.
