Good Job Detroit

In spite of all the not-s0-great stuff going on with Detroit lately (the mayor's issues, the Tigers, etc., etc,) here's a shining light: the opening of an up-scale market called Zaccaro's. They have several stores throughout Michigan, and just opened the Detroit shop earlier this week. This market is about 5 minutes from my house. It's not the kind of place where I'll do my normal, weekly grocery shopping, but it's a great place to go and get special or fun food items. Like a jar of Honey-Roasted Cinnamon Peanut Butter. It may cost $8, but it's sooooo good! (and made in Traverse City!)

yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing Amanda. I am way excited for you and for people of Detroit who deserve a great place to get great food. ( I also am finding it hard to believe how excited I am about a nice grocery store in Detroit!)
