Proof that some people are either really stupid, or just very litigious, or both:
I bought a new coffee pot, and as I was reading through the owner's manual came across this warning:
"Do not tilt or overturn the carafe, as liquids may flow out."
Thanks for the warning, although I'll now have to come up with another way to get the coffee from the carafe and into my mug.

People will sue for anything, over anything. It's ridiculous, like how they have to put the disclaimer on action figure/barbie doll commercials about how the dolls don't actually move independently...seriously!?
