It's kind of hard to believe this was only a four-day work week...it felt the normal five days. I took advantage of the great weather on Memorial Day and painted the stand my TV sits on, so now it matches the rest of our living room furniture a little better. If you look closely at it, you'll see it really is just a piece of cheap furniture painted over...so please don't look that close!
I also spent a good deal of money on new clothes last weekend - just doing my part to stimulate the economy! I got a ton of good deals, and they were pretty much all clothes for work, so I don't feel too bad about it.
My goal for this weekend though, is to spend no money. I ate out for dinner twice this week, due to a couple of special occasions, so my weekend budget was all spent up by Thursday already! That's okay, I certainly have enough to do around the house here to keep me occupied.
