This is the house from the front. It was built near the turn of the century, but was completely re-done a few years ago. Our landlord did a great job of overhauling the place!
This is our little laundry room...it's really just a big closet area, but I'm glad to have my own washer and dryer (which were only $180, thanks to Craig's list!). Kudos go to Mom and Dad for doing the hard work of getting these babies down the stairs and all hooked up.
I love this kitchen! It's so fun to cook in and Martha (the new roomie) has us well-stocked with towels and dishes in vibrant red/yellow/oranges. She also found the great table and chairs just the right size for our little nook - another steal from Craig's list!
The living room is nice and cozy, and we have cable T.V. Whoo hoo! Also, check out the couches. Only $200 for the set from - can you guess? - Craig's list!
I love the exposed brick in the apartment - even the bathroom. Better yet, there's a shower in the bathroom! (For those that do not know it, prior to moving to this apartment I lived in a place for about 8 months with no shower - just a bathtub. It was not so fun.)
This is a shot coming in from the back door. We have an extra loveseat that we're not sure what to do with. We still have a few final touches to put on the place (hanging pictures, plants, etc.).

It looks amazing!! I can't wait to see it in person. That couch pattern looks familiar... expect it looks a lot prettier than the huge-ass one at the University Palace.
