I'm working on the yearly application my organization submits to the feds to get a boatload of money for Detroit's homeless service providers. This year, my creative writing skills are going to be put to an even greater test than usual.
This application is combining two questions from last year into one, but still keeping the same limit on the number of characters (characters, not words) that are allowed. And we've been instructed by the feds to provide more detail in our responses to these questions.
So I need to come up with a way to provide an answer that gives twice as much information with half as many characters.
It's time like this that spaces and proper punctuation become extraneous. Let the fun begin!
